How does your coaching work?
Our coaching follows a simple 3-step process:

Step 3: Support & Progress: Ongoing guidance helps you achieve and exceed your goals.
What’s the difference between the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Packages?
Bronze: Structured foundational coaching with set training plans.
Silver: Fully personalised coaching with ongoing adjustments and additional features like nutrition guidance.
Gold: Elite coaching with life coaching, mindset development, and advanced techniques.
How long is the minimum commitment?
We recommend a minimum commitment of 24 weeks to see meaningful, sustainable results. However, we can adjust based on your goals and timeline.
How are the training plans delivered?
All plans are delivered via TrainingPeaks, a user-friendly platform where you can access your schedule, monitor progress, and receive feedback.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Just let us know, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.

Do you offer online coaching?
Yes, all our coaching is offered online, making it accessible no matter where you are in the world.
What equipment do I need?
At a minimum, you’ll need a device (e.g., smartwatch or fitness tracker) that syncs with TrainingPeaks to track your progress. Specific equipment needs may vary depending on your sport.
Do you provide nutrition advice?
Yes! Nutrition guidance is included in the Silver and Gold packages. We’ll help you optimise your diet for training, performance, and recovery.
How often will I communicate with my coach?
This depends on your package:
Bronze: Regular communication via email or WhatsApp.
Silver: Monthly 1-on-1 performance reviews and ongoing support.
Gold: Priority access with frequent communication and life coaching sessions.
Payments & Policies
How do I pay for coaching?
We accept payments via secure online methods. Payment details will be provided during the sign-up process.
